Group Coaching

Group coaching is just that: coaching with other parents who are dealing with the same issues you are. You will still have full access to the Fueled Education System, but our sessions will have a bit more structure due to 2-3 other parents being in the group with you! Groups stay small: never over 4.

In our first session, we'll kick things off with intros and set up our group agreements—think: safety, support, and giving each other permission to share freely.

After that, it’s all about YOU! Each session is customized based on what’s on your mind. Got a story or question? You can email it ahead of time or just bring it up when we meet. Kristin will work her magic to split up time fairly, so everyone gets a chance to share.

Over our ten meetings, you can expect to ask 1–2 quick questions and dig into one major incident (we’ll have a framework for sharing these). If we wrap up early, the extra time is open for anyone who needs it!

What’s really cool is how often other parents’ challenges will mirror your own—so listening to others’ questions and insights can be just as helpful as asking your own!
